With over 20 years experience in the tourism industry within the Nordic Region, Hannu has also established a very strong personal network with the trade.
Hannu worked for top international companies and tourism organizations such as: Sandals & Beaches Resorts, Barbados Tourist Office, NH-Hotels, Reval Hotels and Oasis Hotels.
Before joining Adsum in September 2005, he was holding the position of Director of Sales for Radisson SAS Royal Viking Hotel in Stockholm.

Arja Mikkonen
Financial Controller and Office Manager

Born in Finland. After she finished studies at Business Collage in Finland, Arja started to work for a Danish charter company, Tjaereborg. Based during 5 years in different destinations in Spain, Portugal, Greece and US as a Tour guide, Service Supervisor and Destination Manager.
In 1994 Arja moved to Sweden and obtained her IATA-Certificate. Then she worked as ticketing agent for an Airport Handling Company at Arlanda Airport, moving later on to a Touroperator in Stockholm.
During the last 10 years Arja has developed her career within Corporate Business Travel, at Carlson Wagonlit Travel and American Express Business Travel, as Team leader and Business Travel Consultant.
Arja joined Adsum Nordic in 2008 as a Financial Controller and Office Manager.

Robert Allard
Co-Director Nordic

Dutch National, living in Sweden for more than 30 years with a marketing economic degree. Robert has been working in travel trade/tourism for more than 35 years.
His background has been in Sales and Marketing, representing the supplier side in most of the cases. Companies like Neckermann, Viking Line and Finnair have been his employers but Robert is since 8 years self employed with assignments for Alitalia, Srilankan Airlines, Revals Hotels Baltics, Dom Pedro Hotels Portugal, Hertz Rental Cars and Sverigeflyg Sweden.
His main working territories are the Nordic Countries, Finland and The Baltic’s, even Benelux can be considered as his area due to the Dutch background.
