Adsum starts representing Metropolitan Touring |
Adsum has just signed an agreement to start representing in Spain, France and Italy the leading DMC in South America, Metropolitan Touring (www.metropolitan-touring.com).
Through this new venture, Adsum will offer four new destinations into its portfolio: Argentina, Chile, Ecuador and Peru.
Metropolitan Touring is one of South America’s best-known and respected Travel Corporations. Founded in Ecuador in 1953, Metropolitan Touring has been turning dreams into memories for decades, providing first-class service to thousands of visitors. Metropolitan Touring currently has its own ground operations in Ecuador, Peru and now Argentina, and is the owner and operator of the finest ships for expedition cruises in the celebrated Galapagos Islands: the MV Santa Cruz, Yacht Isabela II and Yacht La Pinta.
In order to better serve their clients, Metropolitan Touring, in association with explora, pioneers in experiential travel to Chile and owners of three properties: explora Atacama, Hotel de Larache; explora Patagonia, Hotel Salto Chico and explora Rapa Nui, Easter Island, have acquired Cuatro Rumbos, a local tour operator based in Cordoba, Argentina. Cuatro Rumbos, although fairly new, was our choice for its excellent reputation and knowledgeable staff and guides. Cuatro Rumbos will, as of March 2009, operate under the brand of Metropolitan Touring Argentina, keeping its original staff to offer our guests the first-rate experience that they have come to expect from Metropolitan Touring. |
